maybe you don´t know. but PTSH´s subsidiary is going to change form Grey-Markets to the OTCBB!
A segment-change in this way would cause enormous trust into PTSH, the mother-company of DBYC.

As Peter Chin, CEO of PTSH has filed the last 2 years regarding DBYC, the 9-month-results 2008, the 1st and the 2nd quarter 2009!
I think he fullfilled all the requirements from SEC!
One mor important hint, that DBYC will change:
Several German stockholders received a notification from their bank, that the cuisip number for DBYC changed! They received these notes last Friday and Saturday.
A real hot hint that the change will go through in a very short time! In my opinion there will be no more time to gather hugher pieces of PTSH...
