I attempted to provide Gold with the proper information. I stated that "Smithline is not shorting Biocurex.

Golds response to you,"Take heed. Smithline is short selling the stock right now and he will continue to slowly short it right down to 14 cents getting as much of his money back as possible."

5. Short Selling. The Funds agree that they will not “sell short” any Common Stock prior to the earlier of (i) the consummation of the Public Offering or (ii) February 19, 2010.
