Just Talked To Adam Engel Also @ 1:15 PM Today
I told Adam at the beginning of the conversation that I was a stockholder and purchaser of the Ionic Bulb and any information he shared with me , I would share will others on investorshub and yahoo message boards.
Here Are Some Of The Questions And Answers.

Are you going to update website with current news and infomercial?
ANSWER: We had someone lined up but it fell through. We are currently looking for someone to update and maintain website.

Are you planning on getting off pink sheets?
ANSWER: We are currently finishing our year end audit which will make 3 quarters filed and after 4th filing will be able to go back to Bulletin Board.

I'm a numbers guy. Alot of investors like to stay informed as sales increase. When sales figures start coming in, will you keep us informed in press releases?
ANSWER:Well,I'll have to talk to the accountant as to what and when we release sales figures.

Do you know what the current shares outstanding are?
ANSWER:I think I have a good idea what it is but I don't know if I can talk about it. I can't discuss or reveal anything that hasn't been released because of possibly violating rules and laws.
It will be on our next filing.

Exactly what is our relationship with Viatek?
ANSWER: We receive a royalty from them on the bulbs they sell.
We could have taken them to court and won but we mutually agreed to us receiving a royalty instead.
