That is .gif but all you do is use the [*chart][*/chart] tags (without the *).

I get most of the .gifs from http://gifbin.com/

I use http://www.imageshack.us/ to upload the images. once uploaded at the top of the screen you will see a url...

take everything past the http:// and put it between the tags...

[*chart]img96.imageshack.us/img96/9218/65268.gif[*/chart] (again, without the *) and viola!



You can also put videos from youtube up...

use the [*yt][/*yt] tags.

just take everything in the url past the v=
