I just got off the phone with John. He told me point blank the chemical company acquisition WILL close tomorrow as he stated previously in a PR. He said he has 13 pallets of tapes to process as of right now and they are processing those tapes with more coming. They are VERY busy on that front. He said the gloves did cause a problem at customs and he is waiting on the rest of the machine to arrive now.
