Guys the lawyer said the offer is LEGIT. I highly doubt he would lie about that. And if the offer is LEGIT i doubt ewrc will turn the offer down. So now to sum it all up since there is a offer according to the lawyer (he would not lie about this to ruin is reputation and i'm sure he would run into legal system for bsing) and the offer has already been approved by CEO and by the board i doubt it will be turned down.
