Even Better News: PFEH

The new CEO says the AS is being reduced to 750M and they will file stating as such.

The full financial disclosure to meet current pink sheets compliance is only a couple weeks away. They are at "Limited" now and will soon be current with pink sheets.

The seller is done now and the company has no plans to dilute this stock anytime soon.

More coming as I was busy making calls and verifying data late last week.

I do not have a position yet, but will take one tomorrow. Stock closed up 20% on Friday. Predicting .0020 by Friday or sooner.
