I agree. I don't see SoftNet's business being strategic enough for a company with Avanade's pedigree, so the more likely option is a reverse merge to go public. In this scenario, some kind of share exchange would be negotiated and a new symbol & uplisting would occur. We'd own fewer shares, but at a significantly higher price point. In the world of pinks this would usually be a bad thing, but Avanade ain't pink and swapping shares of SOFN for shares of Avanade WOULD BE GOLD.
