Found this dated a few months back...

Terra Nostra Resources Corp., through its subsidiaries, operates in the stainless steel and copper industries in the People’s Republic of china. It offers billets and strips of steel used in the applications of automotive, aerospace, and power generation industries, as well as in the manufacture of food handling, health and medical, chemical processing, and pollution control equipment. The company also provides electrolytic copper and non-oxygen copper rods used in cyclical industries, such as construction and industrial machinery manufacturing. Terra Nostra Resources Corp. is based in New York. On November 25, 2008, an involuntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 was filed against Terra Nostra Resources Corp in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, Manhattan. On December 17, 2008, the involuntary petition was approved by the Court.


Does this mean we are just waiing for them to emerge from bankruptcy to get this puppy started again?
