TO Longs, why I have no problem holding long term.

Spongetech is a company headquarter out of New York State.

Spongetech is high profile company especially in New York City.

The Attorney General is Andrew Cuomo. (Most of the country knows of his reputation for taking on Wall Street)

Cuomo wants to be Governor.

If there was any illegal operations occurring at Spongetech, Cuomo would be investigating, hoping to add another feather in his Ccap before the 2010 primary.
