Obtained here = http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_W/threadview?m=te&bn=86316&tid=233154&mid=233154&tof=14&frt=2#233154
I am without a college education so expect some mistakes, to be used as a reference point in material provided
I wanted to really see for myself the courts decisions thus far and also to see the interaction between opposing sides
law teams..…..…..
Doc 1 J vs W & F
J to dismiss Debtors Counterclaims --- exhibit (blank) page - I assume not for public view or W either?
Doc 2 J vs W & F
J serves its First Requests to Debtors for production of Documents - Several Lawyers Address attached
Doc 3 J vs W & F wheeeew….. 327 pages here
Debtor's answer and amended counterclaims in response to the complaint of J
Page 2 love this - J now seeks to further line its pockets at the expense of WMI by grabbing assets above
and beyond the assets it already acquired at a fire sale …. and goes on about their lies
Jury Trial Demanded for Counterclaims 15-18 --- Pages 127 to 135
Counter claims that lie within
15. Trademark infringement
16. Common Law Trademark Infringement
17. Patent infringement - if i read this right they (J) conducts business the way W has using their system
without consent. I guess they should of obtain new computers???
18. Federal Copyright Infringement
This doc also has bank deposit slips - also employee information of receiving receipts
Pg 165 reiterates introduction - okay I'm tired next
Doc 4 J vs W & F
Certificate of Service Regarding Debtors's First Request of for Producton of Docs to J - Papers serve 9-11
Doc 5 J vs. W & F
Order Denying Motion to Dismiss Debtors' Counterclaims Filed by J - short and sweet 2 pages…….
MIssing 6 8 10 12
Doc 7 J vs. W & F
Break down of Doc 5 - mentions Firrea (or lack of) on page 11 also mentions the 4 billion seized was from 6
different accounts in different states…..
Doc 9 J v W Defendant & counterclaim/ J v F Cross-Claim Defendant /This document is 657 pages worth
Does bring up 4.3 billion ton of bank accounts / and tax issuesf
Pg 194 has a chart of all entities of WMI In flow chart diagram with interrelation
Pg 202 mentions Wallstreet Journal - Heidi N. Moore article Sept. 30, 2008 at C7
"immediately auction off Wamu's assets" upon seizure " J.P. Morgan was well-prepared…when the
FDIC asked for bids"
300 billion of assets at book value, 134 billion in customer deposits, over 8 billion in uninsured deposits
which have matching liabilities
J was taxed for an additional 1.9 billion on top of the sale price --- Interesting there
Transcript of Omnibus / Pg 363 refers to FIRREA's proper order in handling a "failed institution" hmm….
Doc 11 another lawyer sworn in..….. to present motion to dismiss amendments of counterclaims
Doc 13 Motion of Defendant JP to strike Affidavit of Doreen Logan
Doc 14 Supplemental memorandum of Cross-Claim defendant FDIC, as receiver, in opposition to Plaintiff's motion
for summary Judgement
Doc 15 J served its first request to Debtors for Production of Docs on the parties set forth on attached list
Doc 16 J amended motion strike affidavit of Doreen Logan
Doc 17 (she represents debtors) stated no show for deposition and inconsistencies <-- this is a J produce doc
Starting on page 12 they submit items that are considered baseless and hearsay - 48 in all
- this is my personal reflection on this - WMI lawyers could subpoena these individuals for depose?
Doc 18 more erroneous behavior on the part of Ms. Logan
Doc 19 Not Available
Doc 20 J - appendix in support of J association's supplemental opposition to Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment
Reading through Ms. Logan getting cross examined by J lawyers pages 60's through 70's and i quit. lol
Seems like they are trying to trip her up big time (which department is suited for particular actions, but in the
whole procession there seems to be money to actually move..….
Personal observation - in reading tonight there is a 1.6 billion tax return that they had received. J can not make that a
figment of imagination - no matter how hard they try..……..
Their thrust here is to find her not cognizant of the formation of business of her previous employer (W), which J had been
her post seizure employer..…. Not only a conflict of terms but just based on the fact she had to adopt a lot of new company
legislation (if you will) would definitely shade past recollections of previous employer-ship.
Doc 21 Dated Sept. 11 more of previous papers served - (summary's and Ms. logan)
Doc 22 Sept. 14 W - served " Notice of Withdrawal of Motion of Defendant JP to Strike Affidavit of Doreen Logan"
My opinions are just that......
I purchased 180k today and needed some reassurance....
Someone could post this on JD's Facebook lol
I really should go outside and get some exercise.......
