- this is my personal reflection on this - WMI lawyers could subpoena these individuals for depose?

Reading through Ms. Logan getting cross examined by J lawyers pages 60's through 70's and i quit. lol
Seems like they are trying to trip her up big time (which department is suited for particular actions, but in the
whole procession there seems to be money to actually move..….

Personal observation - in reading tonight there is a 1.6 billion tax return that they had received. J can not make that a
figment of imagination - no matter how hard they try..……..
Their thrust here is to find her not cognizant of the formation of business of her previous employer (W), which J had been
her post seizure employer..…. Not only a conflict of terms but just based on the fact she had to adopt a lot of new company
legislation (if you will) would definitely shade past recollections of previous employer-ship.
