We finnally got the breakdown in the Float AWESOME :) Per RAY
Float 135 mill
225-250 convertible per Ray (locked up long term)
100 mill common Warrants
80 mill stock options
Total Low 500 millish
That is very good news IMO, plus they have plenty of cash to get into next year
There max burn is 1.5 mil That equates to 7 months.
That's why we move so easily, No Dumping is going on.
1.) Genasense Nothing really new, It looks like it really helps people in Early stages of Melanoma. 2 months tops for data to be released. Which makes sense if they finished in april, results will be reased sometime in late oct it sounds like.
2.) Tesetaxel looks sweet, and they talked very confidently about it. With very low side affects. A new study is going to start early 4th quarter with weekly doses.
There is somemore stuff as well. But the very last question was about the float. I am glad we at least have it upfront now. plus the current O/S 135mill very nice and low :)
