Goldman Sachs letter of intent order

http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0812229/0812229090904000000000004.pdf

GS is asking the THJMW to approve the sale (price Redacted)and pay attorneys fees up to 300k$ for the following four wind projects.

With a 15 million dollar sale negotiation limit without judges approval.

Sale of wind farm assets should be in the tune of:

400-550M$

But lets play the a$$ out of you and me game:

.50$ on the dollar = 200-225m$ which would corelate to the 15m$ negotigation price of about 1%.

Wind Farm #1

Retail electricity provider Direct Energy Inc. has signed a five-year agreement with Airtricity Inc., an Irish renewable energy company.

Houston-based Direct Energy will purchase all output and Renewable Energy Credits, or RECs, from Airtricity's 90-megawatt Sand Bluff Wind Farm located 60 miles north of San Angelo.

The Sand Bluff Wind Farm is scheduled to begin commercial operation in the second quarter of 2007. Dublin, Ireland-based Airtricity plans to own and operate the facility.
