Wrong about what? You've claimed in a number of posts that there is NO REVERSE MERGER because the PR hasn't been released by the CPC. I'm stating the release of the PR is the end game in closing the deal.

How long to complete a QT after the release of the PR? Are you claiming 18 months? TIA
