JP: Yes, a 50% increase in shares hurts. I find it hard to believe it's been that much that quick but it has.

Now, is there a plan below a penny?
Might YA be cut off from dilution under a penny?
Might under a penny be where NEOM can pay them off more easily?
Might the more under a .01/share the easier they can pay them off? (Remember, it appeared from the filing that they actually, on paper, lost a great deal of money resultant from a higher shareprice)
Might we actually see this go down again to .001-.003/share, temporarily (albeit, painful to watch), till maybe past New Years when things hopefully really start to heat up after a major blast of public "education" and splash of 2D barcodes and connected content from a single or many major brand managers starting in the fall and leading up to and through the holiday season?
May we see between now and then the standards bodies come together and release industry wide accepted practices that place Neustar, utilizing NeoMedia's '048 patented indirect mode of 2D barcode operation, smack dab between barcode owner and the public?

There's a reason behind all this madness and it wouldn't surprise me a bit if some of the above were true and we learn nothing of significance during the CC and the shareprice reacts as most always happens in pennyland during CC's...it tanks.

Again, a temporary tanking shareprice, but for a reason. I can't see it staying down here, or there, forever.

Price manipulation? In a way one could argue, but never prove, yes. Happens all the time on Wall St. Just ask GS.
