Chart comparison INO verse CTIC
Check the chart of CTIC at the end of March and April and note the bull pennant.

INO is not as steep, but still the same bull pennant as CTIC 4 months ago. INO is a flu related stock with many stories on it's home page. With the swine flu a major story and the flu season about to begin, is this like a seasonal play hike hurricane stocks?
