I beg to differ with you, but you clearly did get your filings confused. It is NOT a 10Q coming up, it is a 10K, and there would not be an NT filing for the 10K until sometime after August 29, NOT next week.
So that post was wrong on nearly all fronts.
Should be a NT-10Q next week. Or at least just before the Q date would be.
Oh, and by the way, an NT filing simply means they need the allotted 15-day grace period to complete the filing, not at all unusual for the rampant growth that SPNG has had for the past few quarters.
In fact, from nearly no revenues to over $31M in the time span of nine months, I would be more surprised in they had not needed the additional 15 days in their quarterly filings.
