This is HUGE: Doug Kozlay of Biometrics Associates is the guy that sold SafeNet, Inc. for $634 Million to Vector Capital where Stealth Acquisition Corp acquired all of SafeNet's Outstanding Shares (OS) back when it was on the NASDAQ.
