Steady_T, to answer that concern...

The owner of STS (Richard Weitzel) will become part/majority owner of EVRM and run the operational piece for EVRM as the parent company. Of course it is only logical that he will be given a position as an Officer of EVRM to allow for EVRM to be qualified for the Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) status. This was touched on a little while ago. Reference the post below:

The present owner of STS must be made at least a 51% owner of EVRM. Doing the deal to give EVRM 80% of STS will make such work given that the owner of STS will still be the majority owner of STS since being the majority owner of EVRM. He now becomes the majority owner in both entities to maintain the status.

By law, per the U.S. Department of State, Public Law 108-183, it is mandatory that EVRM (via STS) will receive some contracts as governed by the Veteran's Benefit Act of 2003:

Also, by law, per the U.S. Department of State, Public Law 108-183, it is mandatory that the one whom is the source for a company obtaining SDVOSB status must be in charge of the operational running of that company.
