I agree with your recommendation and I have updated the EVRM IBox per your request. One of the things I have inserted towards the front was the STS DOD Contract with the Naval Surface Warfare Center located in Dahlgren, VA.

From reading through the contract again and from reading what's listed on the STS website below under their "Contracts" Section, I noticed that STS is listed as the "Prime Contractor" (and not as a Subcontractor) for Contract No. N00178-06-D-4886 with a ceiling in the billions of dollars:

This means that it is up to STS (& EVRM) to generate a TEAM of Subcontractors to fulfill/honor that contract in order to get the billions of dollars that is granted as their ceiling to max out to. I think that is why we are seeing certain partnerships being made with EVRM. It’s kind of like them scratching each other’s backs. That confirmed contract is still only one piece to the puzzle, but is still very subliminal in the eyes of the market thus far in my opinion. Being the "Prime Contractor" for that contract is huge in my opinion.
