Marchex to Report Second Quarter 2009 Results on August 5


Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ:MCHX), a leading local search and performance advertising company, today announced that it will release financial results for its second quarter 2009 ended on June 30, 2009, on August 5, 2009, at approximately 4:30 p.m. ET. At that time, Marchex will also post the press release on the News section of its corporate Web site (www.marchex.com/marchex-news/).


Following the release, management will hold a conference call, starting at 5:00 p.m. ET on August 5, to discuss the results and outlook for the company. A live webcast will be available on the Earnings Releases area of the Investor Relations section of the Marchex Web site (www.marchex.com/investors/events), where an archived version of the webcast will be also available, beginning two hours after completion of the call.
