Per a statement by Moro, there are no milestones in the Inverness contract. If Inverness elects to continue with RECAF, minimum royalty payments would begin Dec 4, 2009. I suspect the minimum royalties would be a similar amount to the $50,000 in the Abbott contract but the amounts are not disclosed in the inverness filings.

From this point for Inverness, there would probably be no real revenue for BioCurex until they started getting royalties from selling tests and that could be at least 18 or more months away even if Inverness started trials really soon.

The Bocx says that Inverness could get approval for RECAF to monitor colon cancer but Inverness also has another colon cancer test in progress.
