I_Invest stated: "Can one have non-exclusive rights but also not have a license agreement?"

A license is a license. The current licensee have a non exclusive license for all diagnostic applications. In additon, they specifically have a semi exclusive license for automated devices which is defined by the "field".

I_Invest, Abbott and Inverness could market and sell any application they wish to market.

The semi exclusive portion of the license is for the automated machines. The contract refers to the "field" for semi exclusive rights and then lists all the exceptions to the "field" and the items that are excepted are then are clearly defined to be in the non exclusive category.

Moro was totally in error when he stated that Abbott and Inverness did not have a license for veterinary applicatins. Even "the bocx" hedged on that one and said that Moro meant they did not have semi exclusive rights.

Both Inverness and Abbott could indeed sell dog RECAF right now if they wanted to since there appears to be no FDA restrictions.

I doubt that Moro could get a lab to sell dog RECAF so he would probably be self marketing. It takes money to self market and Moro has no money. Even China is on hold due to a lack of money.
