I called them while I was driving and could not write down everything I was told. I really do not want to spread false info. But the lady who answerd the phone did say as far as she knew that the OS was 5.9 mill, she did mention something about the split but I can't remember evreything said. She mentioned that the company has not filed anything as far as duliting shares, and they have to Aug 14 to file 2nd quater reports.

Basically trying to remember everything said, try to read between the lines. Everyone needs to call for themselves, I will call again when I can write everything down which I am told.
