Henry,

I’ve been looking over the financial statements and the depreciation for 2008 is $8,699,320, and the depreciation for Q1 2008 is $5,633,043. That doesn’t look like straight line, or anything I’m familiar with. I also noticed that YHGG decided not to attend the NYC investor conference a couple months ago.

Also, I found this post on March 17, 2008:

I spoke with a representative from Yasheng, he said that the SEC is reviewing the audit, and they hope to hear something from them soon, (by April) I mean they have been going through this process forever now and have told me this information over and over again. Where can I find more information on where the SECs is at with Yasheng? The representatives reasoning behind the longer audit process is because Yasheng is a large conglomerate business, and on top of that the regulatory affairs that come with being a foreign company makes it more difficult to get listed. What does everyone think? Where is the SEC at in the audit process?

So, I can’t say that I am all in with the Form 10. I’ll believe it when I see it. I’ve dealt with a couple pink sheet companies and reported them to their state authorities.

Then, I looked through the state of california’s database for Yasheng and Nicholas Investment Company, the Nicholas investment company is forfeited (acceptable): http://kepler.ss.ca.gov/corpdata/ShowAllList?QueryCorpNumber=C2668925

Nicholas Investment company appears to be headquarted in Nevada. At 1450 oddstad drive.

Yasheng (the united states) logistic service company incorporated has that same address: http://kepler.ss.ca.gov/corpdata/ShowAllList?QueryCorpNumber=C2903181

One was dissolved: http://kepler.ss.ca.gov/corpdata/ShowAllList?QueryCorpNumber=C2317238

http://kepler.ss.ca.gov/corpdata/ShowAllList?QueryCorpNumber=C2571553
and there is another one at the same oddstad address

Curiosity killed the cat, but it appears that there are two Yashengs registered to the same address.

Anyway, I’d love to invest, but I only invest in companies where I am positive I’m not being swindled. Based on what I can tell, your phone is listed around the oddstad address. Digressing back through forum posts, I’m not the only person confused.

Any light you could shed on the matter would be appreciated and distributed.

Hello Glen,

Thank you for your interest in Yasheng Group. Here are the answers to your questions.

1. We plan to file our Form 10 in the next month or two in order to get listed on OTCBB.
2. We do plan to move to a larger exchange in the 12 – 18 months time frame.
3. You are correct. They are land use rights.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

Can you email the response to these questions to:
gbr.edu and
kevin.j.salvthbarney.com

Why haven’t you filed to be listed on the OTCBB or a larger exchange?

Are you planning to go to a larger exchange in the next few years?

Why are the 50%+ of your assets categorized as Intangible, even though they are rights to use land?

Thanks!
Glen Bradford
