Good, glad u found it useful. We also have oregano, cilantro, dill etc.

A really easy way to dry them it to put a rubber band around the bunch of herbs, then put them (rubber band closest to open end of bag) in a paper bag. Let them dry in there for a week or two.

Then, just strip the stalks of the leaves by running your hand down the stalk. Soon, you'll be left holding a handful of stalks and all the leaves will be in the bottom of the paper bag.

Dump the leaves into a shallow container and pick out any dead leaves, etc.....put the rest into a mason jar, seal, put the ring on and store in the cupboard.

I learned my lesson a couple of years ago when I didn't bother to label the jars. Everytime I wanted to use oregano, I had to smell all the contents, lol. Now I label them, just so I don't get mixed up at all.
