Haydro.... Before you call $2 PPS unrealistic... do a little search of potential competitors IDGI would have in the marketplace if they prove to be a successful company.

Specifically look at the publicly traded competitors. I can easily pull up 20+ competitors who are all well know names that currently have market caps between $1.5 Billion and $35 Billion.

A companies PPS and resulting market cap can trade sometimes from 2 -50 times Revenues or even higher. That being said, IDGI has 750 million or so shares... and if they were to be competitive in THEIR marketplace and if we take the lowest number of $1.5 Billion that gives us a PPS of $2 per share. Now if we take a market cap at any point higher than $1.5 billion our PPS is well above $2 per share.

Try googling Lou Vitton (LVMUY) or Fossil (FOSL)or Coach (COH) or Gucci (GUCG) or Ralph Lauren (RL). Do some research on these companies... where they started, how they grew and what they are valued at today!!

Our CEO left Ralph Lauren to start her own company... she was a top sales executive for their purple and black label. Our CEO knows what needs to be done in this industry to make her company successful. IMHO, she will be successful, IDGI will be successful, and everyone who invested early will also have a very successful live ahead of them!

So to sum it up, you and other board member's constant complaing about Dan's $2 PPS quote is out of line, and you have no grounds to accuse him of pumping this stock when in reality a little bit of DD shows that he is being realistic or better yet understating where this PPS can Go.
