Spoke with Crocker Coulson today...

Asked about getting funds out of China. Crocker said that they are getting funds out to cover employee exspences and they payed off the lawsuit. Asked about uplisting, he said they are working diligently on that and he exspects it to happen in the next 2 or 3 months. Also said they are not trying to hard to get monies to buy back shares. He thought that move was dead now that shares are rising.
