NIF,

An Ameritrade assistant told me that the restriction on this ticker is from the Market Makers, not from Ameritrade. (?!?)
Then I said to him that level II shows buys and sells, and he suggest that the buys should be shorts covering....

Anyway, I was going to buy it for a momo play, now looking for other stocks.
