Artfest International CEO Edward Vakser has also announced via previous PR, that a major acquisition will be announced by the end of the month. Not positive that today's conference call will include that announcement, but he has invited all investors to an open house today to be present for the conference call, and has also open this via telephone. Seems very possible...
