Buzz Inc Update Including Dividend Information

Hong Kong June 23rd 2009 Buzz Inc is pleased to reaffirm the dividend of .009c oer shares derived from mining sales. The dividend will attach to all 300 odd million shares on the 30th of June 2009. The dividend will remain attached to the stock until the stocks conversion to Buzz Inc shares which will be no later than August 31st, for those who are eager to take their dividend we will begin accepting the transfers on the 7th of August.

There has been a great deal of shareholder discussion regarding listing rules etc etc in relation to Hong Kong, all of that discussion has occurred without the inclusion of the fastest way to gain a listing, a take over.

The business of Buzz Inc continues to grow and diversify. We will be expanding in 2 main areas very quickly, China Financial Services and China Minerals Marketing. There is a huge opportunity for Buzz Inc in China in these 2 areas. Before year end we will be operating a retail Forex, Gold and Oil shopfront business in Shanghai, Zhuhai and Shenzhen. Our efforts in the Minerals marketing will be focused on Guangzhou and Shanghai.

We have had promising results from the early studies of the Gold reserves in Cambodia, this year that reserve should become a proven reserve exceeding 350,000 Ozs.
