everyone is wrong once in awhile ,though patience is sometimes rewarding !! but from past memories , these doing's can take awhile , when several people work to a goal things happen , there can be delays there can be problems in so many ways , I'm not even going into that , been in to many positions myself where totally unexpected anything screws up everything !! if you don't have patience , there are a lot of other pink co.'s , !!!! GLTY !!!!
