2009 BCSECCOM 322 Cease Trade Order Patriot Energy Corp.

Section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418

1 Patriot Energy Corp. (Patriot Energy) is an OTC reporting issuer under BC Instrument 51-509 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets.

2 Patriot Energy has not filed:

1. news releases and material change reports announcing material changes in its affairs that have occurred since April 1, 2009, in connection with:

(a) the proposed all-cash offer by Marmara Motorlu (Marmara) to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Patriot Energy and Patriot Energy's termination of discussions with Marmara,

(b) its distribution agreement with Ti Innovations, Toshent Overseas and Marmara,

(c) its licensing agreement with Techtane Technologies Corp.,

(d) the status of its business and assets, and

(e) its disclosure record for quotation on the Pink Sheets,
as required under Part 7 of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations (NI 51-102), and

2. disclosure material that it filed with a regulator or sent to its shareholders, as required under section 11.1 of NI 51-102,
(the required records).

3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all trading in the securities of Patriot Energy cease until:

1. it files the required records, completed in accordance with the Act and rules, and

2. the Executive Director makes an order under section 171 of the Act revoking this order.
