Dear Shareholders,
It was originally posted that Eternal Image would be filing both its 10K and 10Q simultaneously. This was stated because at the time, we were concerned that filing the 10K by itself would immediately initiate a delinquent status and penalty for not having the 10Q filed.

This issue has since been clarified and since we are not yet on the Bulletin Board, we can file them separately. Rather than wait until both were completed, the 10K was filed last week for the benefit of the shareholders who were waiting patiently for the filing.

The Q1 2009 10Q is nearly complete, and all indications are that it will be filed before the end of this week.
