(OTC Bulletin Board: DGNG) ("Diguang" or the "Company") today announced plans for its subsidiary Diguang Electronics to participate in the COMPUTEX TAIPEI exhibition, being held June 2 through June 6, 2009.

The Company will present its ultra-slim LED monitors in 19-inch and 22-inch formats, as well as its ultra-slim all-in-one PCs, ultra-slim TVs and LED lighting series products.
