If they had to move it off the island entirly there will be differant topography/wind pattern . hopefully they can adjust the tubines to match that without a whole new met tower process. The large scale prevailing wind pattern should be the same, but the local sea or mountain breazes are likely to be differant. Looking at google earth thier are a few similar looking islands close to Donghai which could have close to the same wind profile. There is pretty high tech wind mapping softwhere that is availible and im sure they will use this to determine similarities and differances in the local winds.
