Elgindy was indicted by the U.S. Attorney's office in Brooklyn, N.Y., on charges of racketeering, insider trading, market manipulation, extortion conspiracy and obstruction of justice....

Is this what happened in the case of SHAL/WEBV, where lead PAID Message Board Basher Floyd Schneider paved the way for all the usual shorters, including A@P and Goldfinger Worthington, then had a very sudden and unexplained change of Heart?...

Ger, the stock had a small spike and now is sinking back down because Krause has lost all credibility with the investment community and is a conning, lying, thieving fool. I suggest you run like hell away from this company before they get your money too!

After many weeks of coverage Truthseeker is dropping coverage on SHAL.
After going over the press release Garrett Krause is doing the right thing by actually doing a IPO and is going to file a registration on TheMovieSource.com with the SEC. This one could actually be successful.

"TheMovieSource.com intends to file a registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and conduct an initial public offering ("IPO") of its stock sometime in the future. Of course, this stock at about $4.00 then, is now trading @ $ 0.0001 on the Pink Sheets and the investors expecting the Truth from Truthseeker, were shamelessly let down in the process...

A reliable source reports that a black limousine pulled up at Schneider's home sometime that very afternoon of June 24, 1999... Did the Gift Bearers carry Incense and/or Myrrh?...

Or was it a plain brown paper bag full of Cash, or maybe, less likely, a couple rusted crowbars with an affinity for knee-caps?...

Perhaps these questions should be put to the interested parties without delay, including the CEO of SHAL...
