As I was going through a few documents and old records while doing research on Beacon Redevelopment, I ran into various matters which raised a few questions which I felt I should ask you about.
You told me in one of the postings to be "Blunt". The following questions are not meant to be accusing or a slam on you are your character. I have found a few matters that perhaps could be nothing more than coincidences.., however I think they should be addresed if you so desire to respond:
(1) The address 610 and 613 Cross St East McKeesport PA., comes up quiet frequently in various records pertaining to a Keith Edward Maydak.
Is that your address and place of residence?
(note; I could not find any deeds of record for this address) To your knowledge; Is this a valid property address?
(2) Have you ever used those addresses in any of your business affiliations, or used them in your stated occupations and residence, past or present?
As I crossed checked those address a few names came up who also have given these addresses as their residence and places of businesses. This brought to mind a few questions I felt should be directed to you.
(3) Have you ever had associations with the following individuals:
(located at above addresses)
Anna Duzsak ?
Paul Lee ?
Malgorzota Duzsak ?
John Perotti ?
Jason Begutski ?
In checking social security records a number of names and social security numbers appear at that address all with similar first and last four digits ID numbers. Some of these names appear to be of Asian orgin as well as others to the names above.
(4) One record found details a George Dodaj and a transfer of property to a KE Maydak. George Dodaj is listed as address 613 Cross St Mc Keesport PA. Have you ever had a business relationship with George Dodaj?
Also Mr. Dodaj has listed his true residence as a location as "Serbia-Montenegro" as well as the 610 & 613 Mc Keesport address.
(5) In further checking of records of the Mc Keesport address a Ricardo Calerdon appears to be a resident of 613 Cross St. Did you know him while he maintained that residence?
(6) Do you know of an Abilene Service Center located at the 613 Cross St address in Mc Keesport PA.?
(7) Have you ever obtained a judgement against 'Diamonte Casino" located in Costa Rico?
(8) Have you ever maintained an resident address in Costa Rico registered with the US State Department?
(9) Have you held a US Passport with a Costa Rico address?
(10) One Real Estate record shows a signiture of Edward (Keith) Maydak with "Elm Estates" which list the same address as Beacon Pennsylvania Holdings; Mc Keesport. Other records show Adam Marek associated in some manner with "Elm Estates".
Have you ever met Adam Marek or been associated with Adam Marek before or after Beacon and ? Land Developement LLC?
Have you ever maintained a resident at 414 Tintsman St. North Versailles PA?
Do you have or remember the last #CUSIP numbers of the last two companies you were a principal or major stockholder?
These questions were obtained from public records and I in no way want to offend you. You ask me to "please be blunt".
