It's been pointed out, patiently, calmly, nicely even, by a few posters why people would care about Potencia, in the context of BBDA.

If I hadn't seen their responses first, I might not have been so nice in mine now. (and I'd probably get deleted, lol)

It has been pointed out ad-infinitum why - WHY - this acquisition by the owners of Potencia is so valueable - nay, so GAME F'ING CHANGING - for BBDA.

What piece of this do you not understand? (or pretend to not to understand?)

BBDA went from ZERO DISTRIBUTION to LOTS & LOTS of distribution...in major markets.

BBDA went from ZERO RETAIL to having product sitting on the shelves of retail stores.

BBDA went from ZERO NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT to having KOMA Unwind AND Guppy water (4 flavors) in development.

If you listened to Weber's interview, or read some of the very good post-interview write-ups, or read the sticky-noted transcript outline of the intereview, or read the PR's, etc. etc. etc. - then you would know the obvious:

Potencia has a business infrastructure - built up over a period of years - that BBDA product is now being plugged into - immediately.

What does "immediately" mean?

Immediately means BBDA REVENUE.

Why should we care about BBDA revenue you might very well ask?

Increasing BBDA revenue means the share-price is likely to climb northwards, and dramatically so!

Alrighty then, so why should we care about Potencia?

Because at least for now, the fate of BBDA is linked hand-in-hand with the fate of Potencia. It is in our interest that Potencia become hugely successful and widely distibuted...because, as CEO Brain Weber said, BBDA products will be following lock-step through all those same distribution channels.

What is good for Potencia is good for BBDA.
