Almost worked for me. Although I am dealing with chump change compared to some of you. I put them up for sale at end of day friday. Even though there wasnt any bid....

I canceled the sell after i thought about the basher Herc. He owns stock. Yet he is trying HARD to kill any kind of run it might have??? Doesnt make a bit of sense. Any way you look at it. Herc is trying to make something out of nothing. IMO.

As for BCND. I like the idea. I like the proffit potential. I can see a property selling for 42,000. When it has been vacant for years. Gonna need money to clean and develope it, in a crumby economy. Potential clean up, and public law suit problems.

Selling it for 42,000 seems like a deal when you consider the headaches that go with it. But BCND has the lawyers, and the money, and the will to go after this project. A perfect match.

I was thinking a penny plus in a couple years. And even though I am more skeptical of that kind of home run hit. I think this was still a great buy at .0001. And when it hits a year high this year. I should be able to sell some shares, and make the rest free. Then sit on them for a few years. I still like the vision here. And if you ever crossed the country in a car. You will see PLENTY of properties that need recycling, and redevelopment. Thats called job security...
