I understand CRM ( Salesforce.com )is traded on the NYSE and closed at $40.17 so my comparison may be a bit elaborate however, they ( CRM ) have As of January 31, 2009, approximately 122.9 million shares of the Registrant’s Common Stock outstanding and FTCH has 46 mil O/S and only a 17.5 Mil float and this company is really just in it's in fancy imo. Looking forward to hearing more about Ascend.
