The truth is the majority of pink Sheet investors do not require that info to invest.

Not many Pink provide it, especially Audited Financials.

Anyone who already bought this stock did so without the Financials you demand or require.

Any current Financials would not properly reflect current assets and earnings.

We haven't produced nor have we taken the steps to prove our Reserves.

That step is taken by many companies to raise Capital.

Companies that don't take those steps are already comfortable with their Reserves and although they do explore and expand them do not need to take the time and finances to prove them.

By all means, do all the DD you chose but there are no financials for this company that could accurately reflect true value or Revenues until after Production and Revenue is well under way.

Twist that if you must but it is a certainty IMHO.
