Originally formed in Nevada but dissolved and reformed in Delaware. Stock began trading in Mar 2006..nothing prior to that matters....Opened 504 in 2006 and finished it in Feb 2007...NICE $$$$ from .0006 to .0055ish (high .008ish)...2007 did toxic financing and ambushed us with a R/S in Jan 2008...Shareholders revolted and management has done everything possible to get it fixed and company up and running including a reorganization all during 2008....last share structure move in Jan 2009 is supposed to make company debt free NOW…that’s the stock history, the past.

Now: A/S 800mil....477mil O/S

Estimated Float:
EI insiders/family/friends 200mil (165mil+ by EI proper incl JP?)
LABS 28mil
NAR 35mil (65mil last filing, 78mil originally)
DB 10mil
Restricted debt paid off 80mil(?? part of 96mil increase in Jan)

Leaves 124mil for IHUB and 3000+ others.... Or (about 37k each? pffffft) (not complaining...in a multibillion$ industry)

How low is the float: if 10k new people bought 20k shares to cover funeral expenses later in life, or 10k Funeral Homes, that would be 200mil shares…more than total available float to date….What happens when the float is gone?

Let’s talk about potential revs... (22k+funeral homes in US alone)
10k FHs: 2 products/year (1 MLB casket/urn, 1PM casket/urn, 1 College Casket/urn) (mix/match to your reasoning)

If we use $2k for caskets and $300 for urns for rev:
= $2300 x 10k = $23mil revenue potential….this could be displays
