See the Facts on Jon Fullenkamp here:

http://victory-energy-vyey.com/Unlawful.html

Unfortunately, the SEC has them but they have done NOTHING YET....

'Mr. Tim Pinchin is a criminal who recently plead guilty to separate Pump & Dump activities in Canada and the USA. (a) Mr. Pinchin was introduced by Victory CEO Jon Fullenkamp to two Board members, Rick May & Perry Mansell. Mr. Fullenkamp told the Board Members that the meeting needed to be away from everyone because of some "activities" by Mr. Pinchin. Mr. Fullenkamp also told the Board Members that Mr. Pinchin was working with Mr. Fullenkamp. Mr. Pinchin expressed at both meetings that "he and Mr. Fullenkamp had a plan to quickly boost the price per share, making everyone money". (b) At a later meeting, Mr. Pinchin and Jon Fullenkamp met secretly with Board Member Perry Mansell to talk Mr. Mansell into voting for Mr. Fullenkamp's expensive employee contract (quote from Perry Mansell). Mr. Pinchin, by agreement with both security agencies, CANNOT associate with Mr. Fullenkamp. Mr. Fullenkamp cannot associate with Mr. Pinchin.

Board Members Rick May and Perry Mansell signed a Board Resolution on February 13, 2008, at Mr. Fullenkamp's strong request, to immediately provide Syndication Capital LLC, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 4,275,000 Victory Energy free market shares at a public sale price somewhere between $0.10 and $0.40 per share, "as a financial inducement to Syndication Capital to invest in Victory Energy". There was NO investment by Syndication into Victory! Pennsylvania State records show the corporation address and officer of Jody Pinchin, 14065 A Magnon Drive, Del Mar, CA 92014.
Guess who's pockets these funds went into an SEC Rule lists this as an illegal activity.
