You know the worst part of that... for the Mina Mar crew that is? That letter was addressed to Garr Winters and he was specifically called out a couple of times as trying to stall the SEC. The tone of letter was in disgust and pretty pissed at Winters. Even though HKBV got deservingly busted, the implications are even bigger than that. The SEC has a bad tast for Garr Winters and Garr Winters is a common thread in all the Mina Mar shell games. You can bet they investigate, to some extend, Garr Winter's accosiations with all the other children of Mina Mar. Perhaps that explains why Mina Mar seems to be in collapse. You can tell by the PR's and the recent flight of MONA's website off of Mina Mar's servers. Whoever caughed up their 40k for these dirty shells is being left to their own devices. With Mina Mar behind them these little shells, they were seen as the typical dilution machines of pink land. Now, they are just nothing. LDSR is the only one getting any sort of respectable volume lately. I think that too shall pass. If this was all the outcome of the SEC's initial investigation of HKBV, then hats off to them for following through!
