Oh, so if I don't go to a building and listen to sermons and listen to some other person's interpretations of god's will, that means I'm going to hell?

I don't need a book and a bunch of overenthusiastic assholes to tell me how to interpret the world, 'god', anything spiritual, or myself. Thanks.

One day, a football team is training and sees a person walking by. The teams tells the person that he should support their team, or he's a horrible player.

When he tells them that he does not support any team, they tell him that he's a horrible player.

This is obviously a nonsensical comment seeing as the man is neither a football player or supporter.

So how come Christians think that this sort of argument has any merit at all?
