So where's the scam? The company pr'ed the assay results and then never commented on them. They never hyped the results at all and instead put out a shareholder letter that specifically says they are making no claim as to the total amount of gold present at Wickenberg. And they state that mining is risky and speculative. And the o/s increased by a whole 300,000 shares in 3 months. So we have no share dumping, only a 1% increase in the o/s, no hyping the assay results and the company specifically stating that mining is risky and speculative. Wow, that's some scam they're running. Maybe you can explain exactly who is benefiting from this "massive scam" Wilcox is supposedly perpetrating here.
