Hey Guys,

C'mon, I deserve some of that sub-salt kudos lolly too! It was me who resuscitated the sub-sea interest here (#155787) - and got spit at for doing so).YankeMike's great find today (#156352) now firmly sticks sub-salt on our GoG radars. And I think we can all see how STP's goal of a Lusaphone consortium links up with it.

North of $10 a share in at least five years time you say Yanke. Don't want to know about that, but I will tell you this.
If the Islanders finally get their Oil affairs together this year and finsh the delineations/auctions stuff, surveying and drilling times will be much smaller than most people assume...

remember this (from #151409);

"...If you want to see cutting edge stuff look at "Kaledioscope", the brand new Spanish/American seismic technology which pinponts exactly where to drill and how much you should expect to find, thus cutting exploration and drilling costs exponentially.

It was behind the recent Buckskin prospect find in the GOM, the new (post-Tupi) massive subsalt discoveries off Brazil last week...and I sincerely believe will be the technology of choice in the deep waters of the STP/EEZ.

Making better discoveries there come faster and cheaper than most anybody currently expects."

Its technology that will do it (if the political will is there). Cutting edge stuff like Kaledioscope.
This is the third time in recent weeks that I bring this Kaledioscope issue up on this thread. Google it and see why it gets me so excited as an application for the EEZ.

sulking away.....(lol)
