Those that complain about not getting the Lowes PR yet, need to REMEMBER that theres a "plan" at work here...

Frankly, im glad we did not get a half arse release, cause the betching would be 10X worse... Poor guy gets laid into for every PR he puts effort into writing, UNLESS the stock moves...

Hello J,

Legal Departments of major organizations place severe constraints on external News Releases involving their name. These constraints are more easily addressed when dealing with facts which are in the obvious public domain, ie package on the shelf for anyone to see, rather than a conceptual style release which involves greater “permissions” from the 3rd party because it is predictive in nature.

Furthermore, the content of a formal News Release in connection with our new relationship would genuinely benefit from facts that will be associated with the first recorded consumer purchases following the arrival of goods in stores. This includes associated photography and details about the in-store experience, possibly involving consumer interview(s).

Bottom line: The option is between a relatively weak “predictive” release now, or a more content rich and informative release then. As the time frames are not significant, I have opted for quality over speed. In order to ensure that this response to you is equally available to interested parties, it will be shared with forum moderators.
