Ok PLD (Prologis) ! IMO
PPS today 6 Bucks. (IMO a very good entrypoint)

Quarterly divi of 0.25 (a bit cut down to pay back debt i think)
However, thats 1 Buck a year...the stock got hammered way down from 65 Bucks.
Last year they payed 4 x $0.5175

If you keep the divis and not reinvest them you have freebie shares in 6 years @0.25 pq divi or if they raise the divi back to 4 x 0.5 you have them in 3 years.
Can we say cash machine if they keep going on to be a great company ??

Do not ask me where this stock is in 3 or 6 years, but i believe we see way more higher PPS during that time.
